The Montserrat Arts Council has welcomed BakanalTV as a media partner for Carnival 2023. The BakanalTV network will add a plethora of viewing options for overseas supporters looking to tap into the local Carnival happenings. In addition to the existing ComeSeeTV platform, viewers can now watch on AppleTV, FireStick & Roku TV apps, IOS and Android mobile apps.. and on our website @ watch.bakanal.tv.
